Lauren Bociaga

Lauren Bociaga is a Certified Family Law Specialist recognized by the State Bar of California as having demonstrated a broad and comprehensive experience in the area of family law based on the completion of a variety of matters, favorable evaluations by other legal professionals, and successfully passing the written examination.

Ms. Bociaga has practiced almost exclusively in the area of family law throughout her career. She has represented a broad range of individuals across a span of cases involving difficult issues such as parental alienation, hidden assets and income, complex compensation packages, gaslighting, and abuse. This has given her extensive litigation and negotiation experience in all aspects of Family Law, including restraining orders, child support and spousal support, child custody and visitation, and property division. She has honed her craft practicing in numerous courtrooms throughout California. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Ms. Bociaga believes in tough negotiation and powerful, well-planned litigation. Careful preparation, fact development, legal knowledge, and personal insight are the keys to success in family law cases. Ms. Bociaga is adept at using these tools to open up opportunities for success for her clients either through negotiation or at Trial.

Ms. Bociaga graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Northridge in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, minoring in English Literature. She attended law school at Pepperdine University School of Law (now the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law), where she graduated cum laude in 2014. In addition to her J.D., Ms. Bociaga received her Certificate in Dispute Resolution through the renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution as well as her Certificate in Criminal Legal Practice. She also served as an Executive Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal.

Ms. Bociaga volunteers her time as a pro bono attorney for Christian Legal Aid of Los Angeles. In 2021, she was honored as Attorney of the Year for the program. She also volunteers as the Vice President of a local Scuba Dive Club.
